This was such a fun day! Boden's friends came over, and bounced in the Bounce House, ate hot dogs and ate some cake!

Recipe of the Week
Perfect Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
1/2 red onion-minced (1/2 cup)
2 T. cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 serrano chile pepper
1 T. of fresh lime juice
1/2 t. coarse salt
A dash of freshly grated black pepper
1/2 ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed, chopped
Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in mixing bowl.
...mix all together
